Job Description

Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 3 days on, 4 days off

Nightshift – 6pm to 6am Wednesday Thursday Friday

Dayshift – 6am to 6pm Wednesday Thursday Friday

Taylors Snacks, a leading name in the snack food industry, is looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our dynamic production team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied workload. You will be responsible for both machine operation and seasoning application, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient running
Carrying out seasoning operations, ensuring product consistency and taste quality
Conducting routine checks and adjustments to maintain smooth production flow
Following health & safety and food hygiene regulations at all times
Working closely with team members to achieve production targets

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (preferred)
Ability to operate machinery and handle food seasoning processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Must have own transport
