Home Instead provides at home care, including: companionship, home help and personal care. We also specialise in Dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Working with healthcare and social care professionals, our home care service is award winning and enables our clients to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes, avoiding residential care homes. Our CAREGiver training is second to none and we are the only care company in the UK that has its own City and Guilds certified course in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.

Our ethos is to ‘change the face of ageing’ and it is with extreme passion and commitment that we are here in the beautiful City of Perthshire doing just that.

Our team here at Home Instead Perthshire have their own experiences with elderly loved ones, we understand your concerns and how important it is that your loved one is cared for with dignity, respect and a smile. My Care Manager and I are all passionate about being the best we can be in the provision of care.

When I first learned about Home Instead I found an organisation that was genuinely committed to changing the way care is delivered. With an emphasis on the individual rather than the task and a strong focus on quality and individuality, Home Instead Perthshire was born. Our recent awards by industry watchdog Laing and Buisson as the UK’s no.1 care provider for older people, along with the Queens award for enterprise for innovation in care confirm that we are very different in our field.

We choose our CAREGivers for their compassion, reliability and empathy; we also look at their particular interests so that we can carefully match our clients and CAREGivers one to one. All of our CAREGivers are fully trained to ensure they have the specific skills and approach we require. We also thoroughly vet all CAREGivers and we are uncompromising in our insistence for multiple references.

We want Home Instead to become your trusted companion for you and your loved ones, and for us to become an extension of your family.
